- Lab and x-ray on site
- Join a group of 6 providers
- Flexible schedule to provide patient access

Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in family medicine
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
