 Chief of Urology: Northern Westchester Hospital

As we expand our urological health services across Northwell Health, we are seeking a Chief of Urology at Northern Westchester Hospital. This exciting position offers the opportunity to lead and continue to develop the department.

Qualifications:

  • MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
  • Completion of Residency with Board Certification Eligibility
  • Completion of Fellowship in Urologic Oncology with Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Active or able to obtain licensure as a physician in the State of New York
  • Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques
  • Outstanding communication and management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management

The Smith Institute for Urology at Northwell provides the very best in comprehensive urologic care in New York’s tri-state area.  For over 50 years, the department has advanced the frontiers of urologic care. Our faculty of more than 60 urologists include international thought leaders and fellowship trained urologists in every facet of urologic care. Our physicians, faculty of the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, are instrumental in the training of medical students, the house officers of our two urology residencies, and multiple fellowship programs.

Salary Disclosure

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
