Full-time Hospitalist role with SSM Health Dean Medical Group

Position Overview:
This Full-Time Hospitalist role with SSM Health Dean Medical Group is based at St. Mary’s Madison Hospital with minimal fill in support for St Mary’s Janesville hospital. St. Mary’s Madison was recently named among the nation’s TOP 100 Hospitals by IBM Watson Health for 2018. St. Mary’s Madison is a level III, acute-care hospital licensed for 440 beds offering a full scope of medical and surgical specialty areas-except transplants. We offer a schedule of rotating day, evening, and overnight shifts at approximately 200 shifts a year. Guaranteed salary with lucrative compensation schedule including overnight premiums for those minimal overnight shifts throughout the year. • Epic EMR
• Minimal overnight shifts per year (typically 10-15 annually)
• 8-Hour shifts (Day shift is 9 hours 7-4, 3-11, 11-7)
• Premium for overnight shift hours (11pm-7am)
• Sign-on bonus
• Salaried role
• Approx 200 shifts per year
• 12-14 Patients per shift
• 1-2 Admissions/discharges per shift
• No ICU coverage, vent management, or procedures

• Active unrestricted WI medical license

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
