Indiana University Health Physicians has an exciting employment opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to join their dynamic group in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana and on the Northside of Indianapolis. This role will include outpatient and infrequent inpatient visits at University Hospital and other outlying outreach sites. There is also opportunity for a faculty appointment within the internationally recognized Department of Digestive and Liver Disorders here at IU Health!

Employment Opportunity Details:
  • Full time
  • Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
  • Current outpatient patient volume = 32 patients per week
  • Inpatient volume varies but will be around eight per week
  • Work at University Hospital (40%) and at Saxony Hospital (60%)
  • Call duties include 4-8 weeks per year and 2 weeks of bleeder call
  • 90% outpatient role/10% inpatient role
  • Competitive compensation package with benefits

Requirements:
  • Gastroenterology Fellowship training required
  • Fellowship or experience candidates only
  • Must be American BC or BE
  • IN state license
