The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences with Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking a Neuroradiology-trained Emergency Radiologist to join our team in downtown Indianapolis. Our Indianapolis-based practice of 20+ Emergency Radiologists is expanding Teleradiology services throughout the state and we are looking for candidates interested in a hybrid academic and community practice work environment.

Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • 2nd shift and 3rd shift. Evening and some overnights required
  • Rotation of 7 shifts on / 14 shifts off (or equivalent) model
  • Optional Call

Location:
  • Shifts are mainly performed on-site at the IU Academic Health Center in downtown Indianapolis. However some work-from-home options are also available.

Position Details:
  • Must be proficient in all imaging modalities, including neuroimaging.
  • Read images for all of IU region's with a focus on head trauma and ER
  • In addition to clinical work, this position involves teaching trainees. The Department hosts a robust residency training program.
  • Both clinical and academic track positions are available.

Qualifications:
  • DO/MD
  • Neuroradiology fellowship trained (head trauma, ER)
  • Eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Radiology board certified or eligible in the United States
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Experience in Level I trauma center preferred, but not required
  • Visa sponsorship available: H1B
