Job Description:

Deliver Cardiology medical services to patients and inpatients in accordance with medical privileges.

Job Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or foreign equivalent
  • Internal Medicine Residency
  • Cardiovascular Medicine or Cardiology Fellowship
  • Eligibility for or Possession of Indiana Medical License
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Cardiovascular Disease
