Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pediatrics Developmental.

Requirements:

• Experienced in Autism and ADHD Diagnosis and Medication Management for under 5-year-olds
• Current California State NP or PA License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
• Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
• Active DEA registration
