Position Highlights –
• Our hospital medicine program is one of the largest in the country with 120+ physicians and advanced practitioners across our 4 hospital system.
• Our group covers all four Baystate hospitals: our main campus in Springfield and three community sites, all within 45 minutes' drive.
• Day shift works 7on/7off, 10 hour shifts - be at home by 5:30pm every day!
• Supportive and collegial team that is committed to professional development.
• Our hospital medicine fellowship focuses on developing your business knowledge for future leadership roles.
• Our Academic Teaching Academy focuses on developing your teaching skills for future academic roles.
• Excellent support from swing and nocturnist physicians and extensive APP staff - never worry about patient care after your shift.

We are able to sponsor H1b visas but are unable to provide J1 waivers for day shift positions.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous hospitalist experience and a passion to enhance our program with their knowledge and clinical skills. ABMS board eligible or certified in internal medicine.
