Job Details
- F ree Standing Clinic
- 6/13/22 - 10/7/22 with possibility of extending
- Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Scope of Work: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis. May oversee, collaborate with and supervise any advanced practice providers in the clinic.
- Requirements: CA license and DEA. DOT Certification preferred but can work on as we credential
- Privileging Process: 1-2 weeks (will need you to work with me quickly to get info needed and get you started)
- $5K completion bonus offered for covering all dates to be paid after 4 weeks of work
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- A++ Malpractice Insurance provided
