Job Details

Cross Country Locums is seeking a Hospitalist for a facility in Fort Defiance, Arizona (AZ). This is a Government Opportunity with Indian Health Services (IHS). Here are some details:




  • 30k volume


  • Shifts: 7am to 7pm (Tues-Mon); 7pm to 7 am (Mon-Sun); 7 pm to 7 am (Tues-Fri)


  • Swing: 5pm to 7am (Sat-Mon)

  • Census: 6-12 PPD Admissions per day: 3-4 night: 3 to 4
  • Will accept any state license

  • Must be BC in IM or FB, BLS, ACLS (from American Heart association


  • $190/hr all inclusive (to cover your travel and lodging)


  • Paid weekly and will cover malpractice insurance
