Cohen Children’s Medical Center, associated with Hofstra-Northwell Medical School, Department of Radiology, is actively seeking a full-time Diagnostic Pediatric Radiologist for remote reading. Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. The candidate must also have had a fellowship in Pediatric Radiology, CAQ certified, and qualified for licensure in New York. Expertise in all areas of Pediatric Radiology (except Neuroradiology) is a must.

Service coverage includes Cohen Children’s Medical Center, North Shore University Hospital, as well as several community hospitals and outpatient centers, all remotely.

Responsibilities include primarily clinical work, including inpatient and outpatient clinical care. Daily daytime shifts(M-F) are a must.

The Cohen Children’s Medical Center (CCMC) of New York is a 202-bed tertiary pediatric hospital performing approximately 70,000 examinations a year. It is the largest provider of pediatric health services in New York State and serves 1.8 million children in Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island’s Nassau and Suffolk counties. There is a new inpatient hospital with a state-of-the-art Emergency Department. It is a Level I Pediatric trauma Center and a Level III neonatal intensive care unit. There is a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Bone Marrow Transplant unit.
