Practice Information
  • Intermountain Healthcare is looking for a board certified/eligible physical medicine and rehabilitation physician at McKay-Dee Hospital
  • Physician will have ready access to diagnostic equipment and dedicated support staff
  • Employment with the Intermountain Medical Group
  • Visa sponsorship not available

Requirements
  • Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • ACGME fellowship-trained in pain medicine
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
