Duties: The Staff position at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio will conduct research, examine, diagnose, and treat critically ill patients who are suffering from pulmonary or respiratory issues. The Staff will use ultrasound and echocardiography in the critical care setting, participate in original research, present at medical conferences, and author scholarly articles. The Staff will train medical students, residents, and fellows as needed in the area of pulmonary critical care medicine. The position of Staff in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine will have joint appointments in the Department of Critical Care Medicine in the Respiratory Institute and the Department of Inflammation and Immunity in the Lerner Research Institute. This position requires Staff to work at the following Cleveland Clinic locations: 9500 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44195; and 3050 Science Park Drive, Beachwood, Ohio 44122.
Requirements: MD or foreign degree equivalent as determined by a credentials evaluation or as evidenced by an ECFMG certificate; Board Eligibility or Board Certification in both Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine; and eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience ($315,000 per year)
