Qualifications
Licensure and Education:
The Occupational Medicine Lead Physician will hold a valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of CT. DEA and CSR required. Board Certification in Occupational Medicine or a related specialty (Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine) is required, as well as clinical experience in Occupational Medicine and episodic care. If a candidate is a recent graduate of an Occupational Medicine or Preventive Medicine training program, board eligibility is an acceptable alternative.
Experience:
Occupational Medicine with the emphasis on direct patient care and continuing to develop and train others as our services continue to grow.
