A dynamic private group of 10 anesthesiologists right along the coast of California in Santa Cruz is seeking a BE/BC anesthesiologist to join their team. Join a dynamic group of physicians who provide general anesthesia care as well as sub-specialty care in cardiovascular and acute pain therapy at a beautiful hospital by the coast.

The newly recruited physician will start as an employee of the group with the opportunity to become a partner/shareholder after a 2 year period. There is opportunity to practice cardiac anesthesia but it is not required.

The Position:
• Partnership available after 2 years
• 1:10 Call for 1st and 2nd Call - No In-house call required
• $100,000 at signing for student loans or housing
• All physicians within the group are W2 employees and have access to pre-tax health insurance, malpractice, and 8 weeks time off
