Academic Family Medicine/Clinical Faculty Opportunity in Phoenix, AZ

Abrazo Medical Group is currently seeking a dynamic Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with ability and desire for teaching, to join the Family Medicine Residency Program at the Abrazo Central Campus in Phoenix, AZ.

The Abrazo Health Network Family Medicine Residency Program is a community-based program affiliated with Midwestern University, AT Still and the University of Arizona. We have been in the community for over 40 years and offer an unopposed 7-7-7-residency program.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our philosophy of serving the community and supporting our academic mission. This position requires direct patient care (30%), resident and medical student teaching, precepting, and curriculum development (50%), along with administrative and scholarly activities (20%). Night and weekend calls are required. 

Special consideration will be given to candidates who bring unique experience to the team, or have interest and training in, osteopathic medicine, hospitalist work, sports medicine, academic medicine, research, geriatrics, women’s health, integrative medicine, and care for the underserved.  Spanish language fluency is also a benefit, though not required.
