The providers at Saltzer Health offer compassionate care in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN & midwifery, orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, sleep medicine, urgent care, and other specialties. Founded by Dr. Joseph Saltzer in 1961, Saltzer Health joined Intermountain Healthcare in 2020.

Practice Information
- One BC/BE sleep medicine physician needed
- Responsibilities will be sleep medicine
- Outpatient only with no call hospital call responsibilities
- Mid-level provider assistance
- Employment position with the Saltzer Health Medical Group
- Visa sponsorship not available
Requirements
- Sleep Medicine fellowship required
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible Sleep Medicine
- Unrestricted Idaho MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- US ACGME Residency
