Practice Information
- Employment is with the Intermountain Medical Group
- BC/BE Nephrologist is needed to join our expanding team at Utah Valley Hospital, American Fork Hospital, and Heber Valley Hospital
- Physician will work collaboratively with nurse practitioners and physician assistants in both Kidney Services outpatient clinic and tele-enabled services
- Ideal candidate is patient centric, collaborative, innovative, and a desire to work in a value- based setting
- Visa sponsorship not available
Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
