Lee Health is a non-profit organization with more than 14,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 750 employed primary care and specialty care providers with nearly 90 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals that together house 1,812 hospital beds.
Position Information:
LPG Endocrinology is seeking a full-time physician BC/BE in Internal Medicine to join their busy 3 physicians, 1 advanced provider practice. Candidates for this position will be fellowship trained in Endocrinology and have an interest in treating diabetic and thyroid disease, thyroid cancer, pituitary concerns, transgender cases, and hormone abnormalities. The practice has one outpatient office that is located in Fort Myers. Weekend call coverage will be 1:4 with weekly evening call rotations. There is Diabetic Education support in the practice Monday through Friday.
