We are excited to announce an exceptional Hospitalist opportunity in Winchester, Virginia. Our well-established practice serves a patient community that spans three states and is located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Shenandoah Valley which is a convenient 50 minute drive from Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the suburbs of Washington, D.C.

Valley Hospitalists, P.C. is a thriving private practice hospitalist program seeking a highly qualified physician to join our team with a schedule that offers work – life balance by featuring a 7-on/7-off schedule. We require all physicians to be Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Additionally, candidates must have an unrestricted Virginia medical license and we are not sponsors of J-1/H-1 Visas. As a member of our collaborative team, clinical responsibilities will include comprehensive evaluations, medical management, therapeutic interventions, and patient education and safe discharge planning.

We provide an excellent payer mix of private practice patients with no indigent patient responsibilities. Intensivists are available 24 hours a day for backup or consultation as needed. First-year total compensation is $235k plus bonuses based on productivity. There is an additional sign-on bonus of $25k with a total income potential in the $250-300k range. Full partnership is offered after one year. Benefits include: 401-K, Health Insurance, Malpractice Insurance, and Long-term Disability Insurance.
