Dukes faculty practice, the Private Diagnostic Clinic, is seeking a Family Sports Medicine Physician to join their community-based clinics in Raleigh, Cary and Holly Springs, NC. Carolina Family and Sports Medicine is a 13-provider medical practice, with four Triangle locations. The core service of CFPSM is to provide high quality sports medicine and primary care to infants, children, and adults in Wake County.

• Full time, 8-5 weekdays with Saturday morning clinic 1:5.
• Clinic call 1:9, telephone only.
• Strong team of RNs, LPNs, MAs and Athletic Trainers.
• 1-2 year income guarantee with bonus potential and full benefits package and relocation included.

Double board certification in Sports Medicine and Family Medicine required.

Currently 3 locations in Raleigh, Cary and Holly Springs and planned additional growth.
