• Family Medicine physician is needed to join our group of four physicians and one advanced practice provider
• Call is 1 in 5 weekends and 1-2 nights per week, spread out evenly amongst the providers
• Staff is experienced and stable

• Seeking one BC/BE Family Medicine physician to work at the Hurricane Valley Clinic in Hurricane
• Enjoy a small town that still has small town traditions
• Boating, fishing, camping, and OHV are all at disposal with two reservoirs in town

Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in family medicine
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• U.S. ACGME Residency
