The Department of Radiation Oncology at Duke University is seeking a clinically oriented, board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist for the management of patients within our Duke Cancer Center Wake County program.
Duke Radiation Oncology in Wake County offers patients cutting-edge radiation therapy at three locations in Raleigh and Cary. Special procedures include SBRT, IMRT/IGRT, and SRS. The Duke Cancer Center facilities have TrueBeam machines with OBI/CBCT for IGRT and gated treatment, as well as TrueBeam STX for SBRT and SRS. Each facility has CT simulation facilities with MR and PET/CT available at Duke Cancer Center Raleigh. There is a networked Eclipse electronic medical record, and ARIA treatment planning systems.
The department seeks a highly motivated individual to develop his/her professional career within Duke University Radiation Oncology and the Duke Cancer Institute. There will be opportunity for scholarly activities. Compensation will be based on AAPM bench marks, clinical and academic experience.
