Northwell Health’s Cardiology Service Line is seeking Fellowship-trained Non-Invasive Cardiologists to join the highly skilled cardiac team at Southside Heart and Lung, conveniently located in Bay Shore, New York. Northwell Health’s Cardiology Service Line has seen tremendous growth over the past five years within Long Island, New York City and Westchester; with the goal of providing comprehensive, integrated health care and wellness services. Southside Hospital has become a destination for residents in Suffolk County who are in need of life-saving, world-class care. In fact, more people choose us for complex heart and lung care than any other hospital on the east end.
As we expand our cardiovascular health services across the Health System, the Health System is seeking dynamic BC/BE non-invasive cardiologists to join select practices in Long Island. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. In addition, an academic appointment with the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine is commensurate with credentials and experience.
The ideal candidate will be Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology and Echocardiography, will have proficiency in TTE and TEE and will have imaging experience including TAVR, LAA occlusion devices and other structural heart procedures. Nuclear Cardiology certification is desirable. Training in Cardiac CTA and vascular interpretation is a plus.
