NYC Health & Hospitals/Gotham Health, an FQHC, is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to join its Sydenham Community Health Center in Harlem. These multi-specialty clinics provide access to healthcare for all New Yorkers, regardless of citizenship or healthcare status, through New York's NYC Care program. Ideal candidate will be interested in leading initiatives around population health and chronic disease management. Practice medicine at one of Harlem's most historic and impactful facilities and make a real difference in the lives of patients throughout this vibrant community.
Where You'll Work
Be at the frontier of universal healthcare with NYC Health + Hospitals, which is increasing access to its neighborhood health clinics in conjunction with New York's ground-breaking NYC Care program. NYC Care connects all New Yorkers who are ineligible for health insurance, including undocumented residents and those who cannot afford insurance, to reliable care. These outpatient, neighborhood-based primary care clinics are operated by NYC Health + Hospitals.
