Novant Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Psychiatrist for inpatient consult for Presbyterian Medical Center, a 624-bed tertiary medical center located in Charlotte, NC. The Consult Liaison team provides consult and medication management of patients admitted to the non-psychiatric floors of the hospital.  The Consult Liaison team works a schedule from 7AM to 7PM, with 7 days on and 7 days off.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
  • Completion of an accredited residency program required
  • For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Current MD license in appropriate state
  • board certification or eligibility
  • current DEA license required
