The Department of General Surgery at Cleveland Clinic is currently seeking applicants for a Breast Surgeon to join our growing team on the West Region of Cleveland. Candidates should be Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery with fellowship training in Surgical Oncology or Breast Surgery.

The Cleveland Clinic Breast Center is comprised of surgical and medical breast specialists and is a national referral center. A full array of services ranges from initial screening and diagnosis to innovative breast cancer treatment and management of high risk patients for breast cancer. The Breast Program maintains full accreditation from the American College of Surgeons' National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).

The Cleveland Clinic Breast Center is renowned for multidisciplinary cancer care and is a national referral center. Dedicated research coordinators support our teams clinical trials and research protocols. Our breast surgeons collaborate with outstanding plastic surgeons that provide state of the art care in advanced surgical techniques. Within the Division of Breast Services, Breast Surgery and Medical Breast Services work closely such that breast surgeons can focus their efforts on the management of surgical breast disease. A registered nurse care coordinator supports the practice of each of our surgeons to navigate multidisciplinary care across our institution. Medical students, residents and fellows rotate on our service and our breast surgeons are integral members of the teaching rotation.

The West Region Cleveland Clinic Breast Program is a robust, multi-hospital system and an extension of main campus where the physicians and patients have all the benefits provided by the Cleveland Clinic while receiving care close to home in the community setting. This opportunity allows one to practice in the community hospital environment while having all the advantages of an academic program.
