Job Details
- Dates: ASAP upon credentialing and ongoing.
- Schedule: 36 hours per week for both AM & PM shifts, weekends and weekdays
- Scope: To evaluate & perform physical exams and provide disposition of the patients that come in (crisis)
- Requirements: FL License , Board Eligible/Certified, Federal DEA, and BLS certification.
- Compensation: Competitive compensation paid weekly via direct deposit, malpractice insurance paid
