Position Details:
• Join a busy, established Gastroenterology practice at an award-winning 500-bed community hospital serving St. Louis, Missouri
• Procedure-heavy practice with immediate general GI + ERCP volume
• State-of-the-art facilities and equipment with block time available at hospital-based GI lab and adjacent ambulatory surgery center
• Option to work a traditional IP/OP schedule or a 7 on/7 off hospitalist schedule
• Access to a robust medical group of 200 providers offering a strong referral stream
Compensation Details:
• Competitive starting salary guarantee with RVU bonus and proven 90th percentile earning potential
• Surgery center buy-in available day one
• Generous recruitment incentives include sign on bonus, relocation stipend, full health benefits, retirement savings options, malpractice insurance, CME stipend, and 7+ weeks PTO
