Growing Neurosurgery Program

Bayhealth is looking to add one-two neurosurgeons to a busy Neurology program. Bayhealth Kent campus is a Level III trauma center, a Certified Stroke Center with a 7 bed dedicated Neuro-ICU. Join a collegial department of three Neuro-Surgeons and five APPS that hold monthly neuro-onc conference with radiation and medical oncology to coordinate care and treatment plans for patients with brain and spinal tumors. This a busy clinical practice and physicians can expect a case mix of approximately 60% spine and 40% cranial.

Bayhealth Medical Center recently went live with a fully integrated EMR (Epic) in order to enhance the continuity of care and improve the patient experience. BMG physicians are employed and are offered a base salary, RVU incentives, malpractice, paid time off, paid holidays, CME stipend and paid CME time as well as generous health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.
