Expanding health system is developing a Neuro-Hospitalist Practice

Bayhealth Medical Center, a two hospital integrated health system in central Delaware is building a Neuro-Hospitalist program to provide support for their growing Stroke centers. Our Kent Campus is a 269 bed community hospital with comprehensive service lines including Neurosurgery. Our Sussex Campus is a brand new 138 facility that opened in February 2019. We are looking for providers willing to work a 7on/7off schedule. Both hospitalists are accredited Stroke centers. There are opportunities to work with medical and PA students.

Bayhealth Medical Center recently went live with a fully integrated EMR (Epic) in order to enhance the continuity of care and improve the patient experience. BMG physicians are employed and are offered a base salary, RVU incentives, malpractice, paid time off, paid holidays, CME stipend and paid CME time as well as generous health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.
