A growing hospital employed Cardiology practice is expanding and looking to add at least 1 Cardiologist in the next twelve months. There are currently three Cardiologists and 2 APCs in the practice. This practice operates a fully accredited nuclear, echo and vascular imaging clinic in their main office. There are three offices in the practice (Dover, Smyrna, Milford) but they only see patients at Bayhealth Kent Campus Hospital in Dover. The need is for a general non-invasive Cardiologist. New patient wait times are 4-6 so the demand is high and the new Cardiologist will be busy quickly.

Bayhealth Medical Center recently went live with a fully integrated EMR (Epic) in order to enhance the continuity of care and improve the patient experience.
