Breast Surgeon: Seeking fellowship trained breast surgeon for a growing and vibrant Breast Services department in a community based out-patient practice in Boston. This full-time position will contribute to further growth and development in an existing program of fully integrated, high quality breast care services in a multidisciplinary environment, including: medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology and genetic counselling. The program is affiliated with the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Mount Auburn Hospital. Consideration for an academic appointment will be made for applicants with the appropriate credentials.

The preferred candidate will be BC/BE, have subspecialty training in breast surgery or surgical oncology and have experience in breast care, including knowledge of current breast disease diagnoses and treatment modalities.

Qualifications:

• BC/BE General Surgery
• Fellowship trained in either a Society of Surgical Oncology approved breast fellowship or ACGME approved Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship
• Eligible for a Massachusetts medical license
• Committed to providing high quality, evidence based medicine
• Interest in multidisciplinary breast care, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
