Current Opening
The NIDDK is seeking a scientist with research experience in investigating the role of inflammatory mechanisms in the etiology and pathophysiology of obesity and diabetes. Research in this area is supported through multiple mechanisms, including regular research grants and cooperative agreements. Activities to be pursued include planning, establishing, and overseeing a wide range of goal-directed initiatives to expedite and enhance pre-clinical and translational advances in diabetes/obesity.
