The Opportunity
SSM Health Lena, IL Clinic is actively recruiting a full-time (0.8-1.0FTE) Physician to join the Family Medicine department at our Lena, IL location. 

Opportunity Highlights:

• Daytime clinical hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends
• Will work in our Freeport clinic one day a week
• Outpatient based practice
• Call schedule is approximately twice per month
• Collegial team and fully supportive working environment
• EPIC EMR utilized
