Join TeamHealth in 5 different areas in Mississippi and Alabama as part of our established post-acute care practice. Provide quality, compassionate care to adults in skilled nursing facilities. This is a rewarding career opportunity with both full-time and part-time options available. Board certification or board eligibility in internal medicine, family medicine or geriatrics is preferred. Post-acute or long term care experience is a plus! We are seeking a full-time and/or part-time physician to cover some or all of these facilities. We provide primary care and behavioral health services at post-acute care facilities including skilled nursing, assisted living and other long term care facilities. Our clinicians work as part of an integrated care team caring for patients in post-acute care facilities. This is a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care. Enjoy a flexible daily schedule and work/life balance. Primary weeknight call is covered by the advanced practice clinician call group.
