Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate Health, is seeking hospitalists to join our growing team.

Position Highlights –

- Our hospital medicine program is one of the largest in the country with 120+ physicians and advanced practitioners across our 4 hospital system.
- This position is located at Baystate Franklin Medical Center, an 89-bed acute care facility that provides a full scope of inpatient and outpatient services.
- Day shift works 7on/7off, 10 hour shifts - be at home by 5:30pm every day!
- Work with a supportive and collegial team that is committed to professional development.
- We offer a hospital medicine fellowship that focuses on developing your business knowledge for future leadership roles.
- BFMC will take it's first class of family medicine residents in 2022, and you will also have the opportunity to work with IM residents, medical students, AP students, and nursing students.
- Excellent support from swing and nocturnist physicians and APP staff - never worry about patient care after your shift.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous hospitalist experience and a passion to enhance our program with their knowledge and clinical skills. ABMS board eligible or certified in internal medicine. We are able to sponsor H1b and J1 waivers at BFMC.
