The Department of Infectious Diseases at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston/Fort Lauderdale, Florida has a faculty position opening for infectious disease. Candidates will work in the inpatient general, surgical and transplant infectious diseases consult service. Additionally, we provide consultations in the office setting, including HIV care, general infectious diseases, pre- and post-transplant transplant infectious diseases and travel medicine. Additional opportunities exist for infectious disease subspecialty care in the granuloma/NTM clinic and anal dysplasia clinics.

We have robust, nationally recognized training programs with ample opportunity to participate in medical education including students, residents, and fellows. We have several active clinical trials underway with further opportunities in clinical research. Collaborative opportunities for basic science research are available with our state of the art Florida Research and Innovation Center in Cleveland Clinic, Martin County. We routinely participate in multicenter clinical didactics and lectures.

The ideal candidate will join a group practice of 4 established infectious disease physicians and 2 advanced practice nurses. The weekend call rotation is 1:5
