• Position will include both clinical (70%) and administrative (30%) responsibilities
• This is a non-teaching position in a community hospital setting
• Candidate should be board-certified in Internal Medicine (and/or Medicine related subspecialty), and have at least 5 years of clinical experience after training
• Leadership experience is necessary
• Administrative duties include and are not limited to credentialing and privileging, oversight of quality and performance improvement in the department of medicine and in collaboration with other departments, participation and leadership in the necessary elements required for high reliability.
