Vascular and Interventional Neurologist /Hudson Valley, New York Headline: Expanding academic faculty practice at WMCHealth Network and New York Medical College (NYMC), serving MidHudson Regional Hospital (MHRH) (Poughkeepsie, NY) and Health Alliance Hudson Valley Hospital (HAHV) (Kingston, NY).

Summary:

Westchester Medical Health Network (WMCHN) is looking for a Board Certified/Eligible interventional neurologist to join our growing departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery at MHRH and HAHV. The candidate would be integral to the strategic expansion of both vascular neurology and neurointerventional surgery programs, including an evolving tele-neurology system for the Hudson Valley and Western Connecticut. The goal is to provide local access to high level vascular expertise for a growing population. The candidate would join an exceedingly collaborative team of 4 neurointerventionalists and 5 vascular neurologists and will be responsible for establishing and growing our neurointerventional program in the northern Hudson Valley region. Helicopter and mobile ICUs are part of the current comprehensive transport services. The candidate would be involved in clinical care, teaching, research, and programmatic development at WMCHealth and NYMC, where they will hold joint academic appointments. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop clinical, research and educational expertise and build a program to focus on their subspecialty interest.
