$600,000 Base Salary in Central Illinois!!

- Walk into a busy practice with established patient base.
- Need due to on of the physicians moving closer to family.
- Will join 2 other ENT that are in the practice
- $600,000 base salary with 2 year guarantee; uncapped RVU production (very high potential earnings!)
- Signing bonus and retention bonus available
- Relocation assistance
- Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage
- Strong pension plan
- PTO 33 days (264 hours) annually (includes holiday/sick/vacation)
- CME ? 5 days (40 hours) + $6,000 annually
- Paid malpractice with tail
- 149 bed community hospital.
- Located in Central Illinois, 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.
