Opportunity overview:

• Full-Time Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity, OB is optional
• EPIC EMR utilized in both clinic and hospital settings
• 32-36 Patient contact hours
• First and Secondary Signing Bonuses

• Call coverage is telephone only and triaged by a skilled nurse
• Optional community nursing home coverage
• Up To Date subscription provided

The Hospital

• SSM Health - St. Clare Hospital, is a 27-bed facility with 24-hour, Level 3 trauma ER coverage which is contracted through Madison Emergency Physicians; there is 24/7 Hospitalist coverage; full lab, and pathology services; average 300 deliveries/yr.
• The ICU consists of six beds and the hospital contracts with e-ICU Telemedicine
