Clare - 11/24 (7am) - 11/29 (7-am) ongoing needs on site 7a - 7p with on call pager (7p-7a). Must be comfortable rounding on own.
Worksite setting - Hospital - 49 bed facility with an average PPD 12-15 with APP coverage 3p-12am
West Branch - URGENT COVERAGE NEED - 11/1-7, 11/15-21, 11/29-12/5, 12/13-19 FOR (10AM - 8PM SHIFTS)
URGENT NEED FOR 11/3-9, 11/17-23, 12/3-7 for 7pm - 7am
12/27 (7a) - 1/2/2022 (7p) - Ongoing needs every other week in 2022 Monday through Sunday
- Scope of Work:
- Worksite setting - Hospital - 80 bed licensed, 35 bed census
- Vent Management required working in a 12 bed open ICU (3-8 patients on average) with access to telehealth intensivist in Midland if needed. Anesthesia and Emergency Medicine available as well.
- Average 15 patients, APP rounds ICU as well. Hospitalist team support available.
- Must be comfortable rounding on own. General Surgeons, Orthopedics, OB Unit and Cardiology services round on their own patients.
- Requirements:
- Candidate must present 500 inpatient logs within last 12 months.
