Cleveland Clinic is seeking board certified/ eligible physicians to join our Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at our Hispanic Clinic in Ohio City. The Hispanic Clinic is the first clinic in Cleveland established to serve the underserved Hispanic population. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates would be especially well suited. Opportunities for community activism as well as teaching and leadership available.

Our practices have achieved medical home certification, use Epic™ electronic health record, and are focused on quality improvement, population health and innovation in care delivery. Care is team based with embedded Pharm Ds, Behavioral Health Social Workers, telephonic Primary Care Social Work, RN Care Coordinators, Geriatricians and growing Advanced Practitioner partnerships. We are building out systems to innovate flex time within schedules to focus on enhancing value based care to maximize quality and efficiency with reduced costs while delivering exceptional patient and caregiver experience. Educational innovation is also prioritized.
