Opportunity:
• Join this top Chicago healthcare organization in their human resources department with great responsibilities in the oversight and development of medical teams, succession planning for practices, and implementing a concierge approach to the physician recruitment process
• Serve in a vital role of screening candidates throughout the application stages, schedule and assist with on-site visits, oversee the credentialing, on-board processing, and background/malpractice verification, with the support of an assistant
• Immerse in all aspects of the hiring process, provide current updates to the medical staff office, and advocate on behalf of the hospital
• Offers a flexible weekly schedule of on-site and the option of remote workdays for a better work/life balance
Additional Details:
• Competitive guaranteed salary with six-figure potential based on experience, along with full benefits and insurance
• 3+ years of physician recruitment experience preferred
• Supervisor is the Executive Director of Business Development and Quality Assurance offering collaborative support and resources
