Job Details
The Department of Regional Radiology includes an extensive system of 10 community hospitals and 19 ambulatory care facilities including imaging centers in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area. In addition to Regional Radiology coverage, the Overnight Emergency Radiology section provides coverage to the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, Cleveland Clinic Florida and multiple additional facilities in Ohio and Florida. All Cleveland Clinic departments and facilities are networked with PACS (Agfa IMPAX), Voice Recognition (Powerscribe 360) and EMR (EPIC). This continues to evolve as the Cleveland Clinic invests in state of the art technology as one of the largest integrated systems in the U.S. Our staff is collegial and our mission is excellent patient care.
Overnight coverage currently spans from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with a core schedule of 7 days on, followed by 14 days off. In addition to this core schedule, each Overnight Emergency Neuroradiologist is assigned 3-4 weeks of emergency back-up for their colleagues throughout the calendar year (rarely activated but always reciprocated).
This opportunity is available with residence in the lower 48 United States (with a few exceptions, including California). Successful applicants will need to have or obtain Ohio and Florida licensure, in addition to their state of residency.
