- The physician will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team and act as a clinical team leader for the coordination and supervision of care provided across clinical disciplines, including providing guidance and leadership to other clinicians on the team in formulating and implementing the treatment plan
- The autonomy of a rural practice setting, while at the same time staying connected to other providers through Hartford HealthCare' Behavioral Health Network which offers virtual daily grand rounds, case reviews, and discussions
- Academic teaching opportunities through Quinnipiac
- Medication Assisted Treatment for substance dependent patients
