Position Details:
• Join an established team of 10 physicians in the largest medical clinic in this north Kansas City county, rooted in the community for more than 25 years
• Provide cradle to grave primary care with a heavy emphasis on preventative medicine and chronic disease management
• Practice alongside a collegial and robust team of APP, clinical and administrative support allowing physicians to practice at top of license
• Onsite ancillary services available including lab, X-ray and DME with onsite and immediate local access to specialists
• Flexible schedule with unprecedented lifestyle - take phone call only 3 times annually
Compensation Details:
• Competitive starting salary guarantee with lucrative earning potential - new physicians typically outpace guarantee in • 2-year track to partnership
• Current providers earning 350K to 500K++
• Competitive recruitment package includes 5K annual CME stipend, health insurance, life insurance, retirement savings with employer match, malpractice insurance and more
