ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

The Division of Cardiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital seeks a BC/BE cardiologist preferably with expertise in advanced imaging for a clinical faculty position at the rank of Assistant and/or Associate Professor to join our growing program in Cardiac Amyloidosis. Candidates would ideally have previous experience in caring for patients with cardiac amyloidosis and must have strong clinical and teaching qualifications. Opportunities are available to participate in clinical care as well as NIH and industry sponsored research. Individuals interested in developing a research focus in this arena with a goal to obtain independent NIH funding are especially encouraged to apply in order to leverage the rapidly growing population with cardiac amyloidosis seen at our center. Responsibilities will include providing outpatient clinical care, supervision and teaching of fellows and medical students, and active participation in Departmental activities.
