ABOUT THE POSITION

The University of Louisville Department of Medicine is seeking a rheumatologist to join its department. This individual will assume directorship over the following:

  • Care of individuals with autoimmune disorders at the University of Louisville Hospital-based clinic
  • Management of biologic and chemotherapeutic protocols in the outpatient setting
  • Inpatient care at UofL Hospital

Located on the University of Louisville Health Sciences Campus, UofL Hospital is a level 1 Trauma hospital, a certified stroke center, and the major clinical site for the care of downtown Louisville.

This unique opportunity affords the applicant the advantages of an established outpatient practice in a busy metropolitan area supported by a major hospital, in addition to an academic appointment at a major University Medical Center.
